With any type of market-based trading, which refers to the buying and selling, there is an inherent risk that losses will occur and you should not invest more than you can afford to lose.
  2. Trading in Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies brings special risks not typically shared with trading in official, recognised currencies or goods or commodities in a market. Unlike other recognized currencies, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are not backed by governments or other legal entities, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are supported by technology and trust. Bitcoin is an autonomous system of currency that relies on a decentralized and partially anonymous system supported by peer-to-peer networking and cryptographic security. Due to the nature of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, there exists no central bank or dedicated authority that can take corrective measures. At this time, Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies are not regulated by the United Kingdom and are not yet classified as an asset class by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
  3. Given the above information, you should carefully assess whether your financial situation and tolerance for risk is suitable for buying and/or selling Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies. Please note that there may be additional unforeseen risks not laid out in our Terms and Conditions.

  3. Nobody else has any rights under this contract.
  4. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
  5. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you do not make payment in full of our charges and we do not chase you but we continue to exchange currency for you, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.
  6. These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts.
